Introduction & Commitment

Welcome to QuranHost. We provide a premium educational experience within a secure, positive, and transparent environment. To maintain the highest standards of academic excellence and operational efficiency, we request all students and parents to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these policies.

Class Schedule & Attendance Policy

Schedule Adjustments

Once your class schedule is confirmed, it should be followed regularly. Please coordinate all changes with the Admin Team. Frequent changes may disrupt the learning process and are discouraged.
Students and parents must not finalise or change class schedules directly with teachers. All scheduling matters must be coordinated through the Admin Team.

Teacher Punctuality

Teachers are instructed to be present exactly on time. If a teacher is more than 5 minutes late, please notify us via WhatsApp immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Student Absence

Notice of Absence: If a student cannot attend a session, the Admin Team must be notified at least one (1) hour before the class starts.
Unexcused Absences: If a student is absent without prior notice, the class will be marked as “Absent,” and no make-up session will be provided.
Repeated Absences: QuranHost reserves the right to suspend or cancel classes if a student remains absent for more than 3 classes without prior notice.

Make-up Classes & Refunds

Eligibility: Make-up classes are only granted if prior notice of absence was provided to the Admin Team.
Validity: All eligible make-up classes must be rescheduled and completed within 30 days of the missed session. After 30 days, these sessions expire and are neither refundable nor reschedulable.
Academy Fault: If a class is missed due to a technical or personal issue from our side, a full make-up session will be guaranteed at your convenience.

Financial Terms & Payments

Payment Protocols

Advance Billing: Monthly fees are payable in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
Due Dates: Payments are expected on the agreed due date. QuranHost reserves the right to pause sessions if payment is overdue by more than seven (7) days without a valid excuse.
Monthly Commitment: Once classes have commenced for a month, the full monthly fee is applicable.
Billing Support: For any concerns regarding invoices or payment methods, please contact our specialised Billing Department.

Safety & Professional Ethics

The safety of our students is our paramount concern.

Security, Privacy & Conduct

Privacy Protection: Students and parents are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, social media, etc.) with teachers. QuranHost is not responsible for any misuse resulting from the sharing of private data.
Professional Boundaries: All teachers are strictly prohibited from requesting or sharing personal contact details with students. If a teacher attempts to contact you outside official channels, please report this to the Admin Team immediately.
Administrative Matters: All discussions regarding payments, teacher changes, or scheduling must be held with the Admin Team, not the individual teacher.

Payment Security

All payments must be made through official channels only. QuranHost is not responsible for any transactions made outside authorised platforms.

Policy Violations

If any teacher or student violates these policies, please report it immediately to the Admin Team.

Professional Conduct

Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful communication and a professional attitude during all interactions. Any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment may result in appropriate action by QuranHost.
